We inspect the roof before we start washing

Should the roof fail, we inform it and offer measures or decline to wash the roof and then the inspection is completely free of charge.

Roof washing means cleaning or treating the roof so that dirt, moss, algae and lichen disappear. We wash your roof with a suitable method at a fixed price. There are different methods and each method has its advantages and disadvantages. We use reversing high-pressure nozzles (nozzles) that prevent water from being pushed into the ceiling. This method gives an immediate result where both dirt and moss on roofs disappear the same day. The method is mainly suitable for concrete or brick roof tiles. Après cleaning, a long-lasting roof treatment is applied that seals the roof against new Moss.

Our prices include VAT after ROT deduction. For detached houses, townhouses and single-family houses, the prices are as below (private individuals only). Contact us if your roof does not fit the description or the property belongs to a company or association. Remember, we have the lowest price guarantee. If you find the equivalent service cheaper at a local competitor, we will give you the same price plus 10% of the difference, great huh!

• The price applies up to 250 m2 on roofs that are not steeper than 25 degrees. For roofs that are steeper than 25 degrees, an extra SEK 2,900 will be added.
